The 2 year warranty starts at the date of the original purchase from the iT7 Audio website and any manufacturing defects are determined at the sole discretion of iT7 Audio.




The iT7 Audio 2 year warranty covers audio range products purchased from our official website: www.it7audio.co.uk, and other authorised resellers, against manufacturing defects on all audio products including headphones, earphones and speakers and it is valid on the full range of products that may be purchased from the official website (www.it7audio.co.uk) and our authorised resellers.

For products that are purchased from our authorised resellers, customers should make contact with the retailer for their warranty details and the procedure to be followed.

This warranty covers products that have been purchased from iT7 Audio or an authorised reseller against defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with the  iT7 user manuals, technical specifications, and other iT7 products published guidelines, for a period of Two (2) Years from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period").`




(a) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;

(b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports;

(d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause;

(e) to damage caused by operating the iT7 Audio product outside of the guidance of the user manual, the technical specifications or other iT7 Audio product published guidelines;

(f) to any accessories supplied with the product;

(g) to an iT7 Audio product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of iT7 Audio;

(h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal ageing of the iT7 Audio product;

(i) to overdriving of the speakers;

 (j) if the product is stolen or iT7 Audio reasonably believes that the product is stolen based on information provided by law enforcement authorities;

(k) to products purchased at auction or from an un-authorised dealer;

If you wish to claim against this warranty, please email us on support@it7audio.co.uk, call us on +44 (0)1543 495 243 or send a letter to: c/o iT7 Audio, Bluechipworld Sales and Marketing Ltd, Orbital Way, Cannock, Staffordshire, WS11 8XW., and tell us about the issue with your product. Our product care team will guide you through the claims process. To start the process we will need you to provide us a copy of your proof of purchase.

Please do not send product back to us without contacting our product care team first or without any accompanying documentation or cover letter with your contact details clearly marked. This could lead to the loss of the product that you have returned. iT7 Audio is not responsible for any product that has not been returned according to the iT7 Audio warranty claim procedure.
