Delivery and Returns


DELIVERY

We currently only deliver to UK addresses. The delivery cost is free. All orders are fully tracked and require a signature upon delivery.

 

 

RETURNS

Our returns policy lasts for 30 days from your date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible to return your purchase for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any gift cards or downloadable software products cannot be returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 

Please note that iT7audio does not cover the cost of returning an item in the situation when customer change his mind.

 

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected (see address below), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The refund process normally takes 5-7 working days.

Return postage will not be refunded unless the reason of return is due to our error. 

 

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Consider contacting your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Following that, next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@it7audio.co.uk.

 

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items will be refunded at the sale price. Some sale items may not be refunded due to the nature of the particular sale. This will be declared in the product and sale description.

 

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to organise an exchange, send us an email specifying details of the product and the reasons for your request for exchange at support@it7audio.co.uk. Once we have contacted you to confirm your product exchange, please then send your item to:

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the purchaser who gave the gift had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser and he or she will find out about your return in this way.

 

 

SENDING RETURN ITEMS

To return your product to us, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for returning are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the refund. 

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on your location. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item when there is no traceability.
